Whether they are a live-in, hands-on Caregiver to an aging loved one, a "stop by after work every day to make sure everything is okay" Caregiver, or an out-of-state phone and financial support Caregiver, there is an impact on work performance and focus.
CareTreks will provide materials and/or a presentation to your workforce with an overview of the Personalized Guidance Session process. Additional employee engagement/employee wellness presentations are also available.
It is recommended that your organization offer to cover some or all of the cost of a Personalized Guidance Session for those impacted by Caregiving. However, at a minimum it is still beneficial to provide awareness and offer a support solution for your team to pursue individually.
