A majority of today's workforce is impacted by Caregiving. Whether they are a live-in, hands-on Caregiver to an aging loved one, a "stop by after work every day to make sure everything is okay" Caregiver, or an out-of-state support Caregiver, their performance and focus at work is being impacted.
CareTreks will provide materials and/or a presentation to your employees to provide guidance on their role as an advocate for their aging loved one. This will include an overview of the Personalized Guidance Session process.
By allowing CareTreks to engage in this way with your employees, your organization is acknowledging the impact of Caregiving and displaying support for your team.
It is recommended that your organization offer to cover some or all of the cost of a Personalized Guidance Session for those impacted by Caregiving. This not only supports your employees and their families, but can mitigate some of the stress from their personal life that is impacting their professional life.
